At Bliss we have a pre-pay policy for new clients and their first treatment in order to ensure bookings. Should you need to cancel or re-arrange your appointment, we ask that you please inform us with a minimum of 24 hours notice by email or telephone to ensure you will not have to pay 50% of your treatment price.
Due to the nature of our popular services, we do advise that you aim to book your appointment 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for evening and weekend bookings, to avoid disappointment.
We do love children at Bliss, some of us have little ones of our own, but we understand how unpredictable they can be and we take pride in the calming atmosphere of the salon. So, we strongly ask that clients find alternative childcare for any children under 12 years of age and do not take them into the treatment areas.
We also encourage clients to switch their mobile phones to silent upon entering the salon as not to disturb others.
